How do I place an order?+
Browse the Shop, add items to your cart, and check out. You can track everything from your account orders page.
How can I track my order?+
Once your order is dispatched, open your account orders page for status updates and any courier tracking link. Delivery timelines are listed in our Shipping & Delivery policy.
Can I cancel or change an order after placing it?+
You can cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched from your account. After dispatch, eligible items can be returned per our Cancellations & Refunds policy.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?+
Report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos via the Help Centre or support email, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

How do I book a vet, groomer or trainer?+
Head to Vets & Care, pick a verified Provider near you, choose a time slot, and confirm. You’ll get a confirmation with the appointment details.
What is an online vet consultation?+
It's a video or chat consult with a certified vet for general guidance — great for non-emergencies, follow-ups and second opinions. For emergencies, please visit a clinic in person.
Can I reschedule or cancel a booking?+
Yes. Cancellation and rescheduling windows are shown when you book and summarised in our Cancellations & Refunds policy. You can usually reschedule once for free, subject to availability.
💊Pharmacy & prescriptions
Do I need a prescription to order medicines?+
Some animal medicines are prescription-only. Where required, upload a valid prescription from a registered veterinarian; the dispensing pharmacy verifies it before fulfilment. Browse the Pharmacy to see what each item needs.
How do I upload a prescription?+
During checkout for a prescription item, you'll be prompted to upload a clear photo or PDF of the prescription. You can also manage prescriptions from your account.
Can I return medicines?+
For safety and legal reasons, dispensed medicines generally can’t be returned once shipped, except if they arrive damaged, expired, defective or incorrect. See the Refunds policy.

What payment methods are accepted?+
We accept major payment methods supported by our payment gateway, including UPI, cards and net banking. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Is it safe to pay on Furs N Feathers?+
Payments are processed by a secure third-party payment gateway. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
How long do refunds take?+
Once approved, refunds are typically initiated within 2–3 business days to your original payment method, and may take a further 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank. Full details are in our Refunds policy.

How do I create an account?+
Sign in from the header to create your account. You can then add pet profiles, addresses and reminders from your account.
How do I add or edit a pet profile?+
Go to your account and open Pets to add species, breed, age, weight, vaccinations and reminders. This helps us tailor recommendations and bookings.
How is my personal data handled?+
We process your data in line with India’s DPDP Act, 2023. Read our Privacy Policy to learn what we collect, why, and the rights you have, including access, correction and erasure.
How do I delete my account?+
You can request account deletion from your account settings or by emailing [email protected]. We’ll process it subject to any legal record-keeping requirements.
