1. Coverage
We deliver across most serviceable pin codes in India through our retail and pharmacy Providers and their logistics partners. Serviceability is shown at checkout based on your delivery address. Some remote locations, products or pharmacy items may be unavailable for delivery to certain areas. We currently do not ship internationally.
2. Estimated delivery timelines

These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual times depend on the Provider, product availability, courier coverage and factors outside our control (such as weather, strikes or regional restrictions). In select cities, faster or same-day delivery may be offered where available.
3. Shipping charges
- Shipping charges, if any, are calculated at checkout based on order value, weight and destination.
- Orders above a stated threshold may qualify for free delivery; the applicable threshold is shown in your cart.
- Any cash-on-delivery, handling or packaging fees, where applicable, are disclosed before you pay.
4. Processing & dispatch
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. You will receive a confirmation when your order is placed and another notification when it is dispatched. Orders may be split into multiple shipments when items are fulfilled by different Providers.
5. Tracking & delivery
Once dispatched, you can track your order from your account orders page, along with any tracking link shared by the courier. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address and that contact details are accurate. A signature or OTP may be required at delivery.
6. Pharmacy & temperature-sensitive items
Prescription medicines are dispatched only after the required verification is complete, which may add to the timeline. Certain medicines and perishables are temperature-sensitive and are packed accordingly; delivery of such items may be restricted to specific areas to preserve product integrity. Please inspect pharmacy items on delivery and report any issue within 48 hours.
7. Delays & failed delivery
- If a delivery is delayed beyond the estimate, please contact support and we will follow up with the Provider or courier.
- If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, repeated unavailability, or refusal to accept, the order may be returned to origin; re-delivery or refunds are handled per our Cancellations & Refunds policy.
- Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provide.
